Self-Advocacy Opportunities: Aligning Your Needs as a Volunteer Engagement Professional with Strategies for Success
with Jessica Pang Parks

Thursday, November 21st at 12:00 PM ET

The session is the second of a series of two. It is highly recommended that you attend the session on Sept. 18 to get the best value from participating.

In this session, we will explore professional values and how you can advocate for your manager and organization’s respect for your unique needs. You will understand opportunities to advocate as a volunteer engagement professional for better benefits, pay, resources, and time off across different stages of employment: offer stage, new employee stage, and seasoned employee stage.

The session will use Mentimeter, allowing participants to anonymously share insights and brainstorm opportunities.
