Administrators and Managers of volunteers and volunteer programs work in fast paced environments where we manage multiple tasks, responsibilities and challenges. Although there are many resources available to us, connecting with colleagues within our profession is invaluable.
Topic: Celebrations and Aspirations! *As 2024 draws to a close we want to use our December Mentorship Moments session to celebrate and aspire! Join us to celebrate your wins over the past year. This is your opportunity to share about a program that is going well, a personal achievement you made, or something else you are proud of. We will then use the remainder of our time together to discuss professional or personal goals and aspirations for the upcoming year. This could be a great opportunity to find someone with a similar goal and team up as accountability partners for 2025. Having the support and mentorship of colleagues helps us to achieve great things!
