1. Technology and remote volunteering: how have you leveraged technology to continue and/or expand your volunteer program?
2. Tech Support 101: When supporting your remote volunteer program also means you are now tech support; how are you balancing your time and priorities?
3. Volunteer recognition in a virtual world: In a world full of information overload – how have you created meaningful recognition efforts virtually? Is this even possible? What does “meaningful” look like now?

Bio: I have over 5 years of experience managing episodic volunteers for a local children's festival for the City of Markham. During that time, I've developed a proprietary Volunteer Information Management System that allowed for the automation of volunteer list creation, email correspondence, and SMS Mobile Alert Notifications, just to name a few. Since then, I've received my Volunteer Management Leadership Certificate from Humber College in 2016 and hold a CVRM designation since 2017. I'm currently the Social Media Coordinator for PAVRO since September 2020 and am very active in digital technology and social media movement. I am currently not managing volunteers, but am actively supporting PAVRO and the volunteer industry in a supporter role.
We look forward to seeing you there!
