Topic: Strengthening Volunteer Programs Through Stakeholder Engagement This Mentor Moments session will focus on strengthening volunteer programs by intentionally engaging volunteers as key stakeholders in program changes and improvements. Through shared experiences, participants will explore practical strategies for meaningfully involving volunteers to gather insights, data, and feedback that support the development of programs benefiting both volunteers and the communities they serve. Whether it’s involving volunteers in program feedback, decision-making and planning, aligning volunteer roles with organizational mission and values or recognizing volunteers’ lived experience and skills - their contributions are key! How do we turn these ideas into concrete actions that improve our programs? Mentorship Moments is open to all PAVRO members.
