Administrators and Managers of volunteers and volunteer programs work in fast paced environments where we manage multiple tasks, responsibilities and challenges. Although there are many resources available to us, connecting with colleagues within our profession is invaluable.
Topic: Training on Stressful Situations and Fostering Belonging *This month we have two fantastic topics that have been brought forward by PAVRO members. Come prepared to discuss what type of training you offer to prepare your volunteers for stressful situations (in-house, online or external). We will also be discussing how to foster a sense of belonging for volunteers in the departments or programs where they volunteer. We encourage you to share your experiences or learn from others in this interactive session.
