2022 Standardized Volunteer Opinion Survey (SVOS) Registration - OPTION 1

Thank you for selecting OPTION 1 of the Standardized Volunteer Opinion Survey! 

Option 1- Site Data Grouped on Main Report:

Data responses from each site are grouped together to provide a summary of organizational results on the main report (rather than your individual sites appearing as separate entries).  The survey report will reflect volunteer data from each of your sites as a total percentage score .

You will receive an excel document with raw data including comments from all volunteer respondents in your organization. You will not receive a separate excel document for each site. You will however be able to filter the data for site specific information.

Fees: 

PAVRO Members: $0 administrative fee, $ 2.00 per volunteer at a minimum of $300 to a maximum of $1,750.
Non-Members: $175.00 administrative fee, $ 2.00 per volunteer at a minimum of $300 to a maximum of $1,750.
