Description:  In this webinar we will discuss diversity and (more importantly) inclusion; why it’s important, and what we need to think about in order to attract, retain and leverage volunteer talent within organizations. Specifically, the workshop will include current trends, and the impact of diversity and inclusion on decision making and opportunities.

The integration of new immigrants (benefits, challenges and strategies) will be used as the primary focus for the topic of Diversity & Inclusion.
