Working alongside a growing team, the Manager, Volunteer Engagement will be responsible for co-developing and growing Operation Smile Canada’s volunteer programs locally and abroad. They check in with the Director of Volunteer, Staff & Community Engagement and will be responsible for increasing the levels of volunteer engagement, expanding our existing volunteer programs and facilitating the mission placement of our medical volunteers from across Canada. This individual will also support with elements of staff recruitment and engagement
